MUKTAD PRAYERS FOR THE DEPARTED

- Ervad Brigadier Panthaki and Mobedyar Zen Pandey will conduct the Muktad prayers
- Each family may submit up to 5 names for inclusion in the prayers
- Fill in the form and return to Ervad Brigadier Panthaki with a donation of
- $5.00 per name by August 1, 2014 (phone messages will not be accepted)
- Checks to be written in the name of ZAMWI
- Flowers may be offered at the ceremony
- You may bring a framed picture of the departed for the Muktad table
- Sandalwood and candles will be available on payment
- There will be a potluck dinner after the ceremony
